APPY is an Angolan start-up of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), created in 2015, with the aim of making available useful information to the citizen in an intuitive and practical way. The complexity of the Angola's market in different sectors of activity, such as health, education, retail, industry or agriculture has increased since the end of the civil war in 2002. During this period, Angola achieved double-digit growth, strongly driven by margins from oil's sales. Although the increase in the number of domestic and foreign companies, the access to information it's still very limited and expensive. In this context, APPY appears in Angola, a company whose vision is to simplify people's lives through the use of mobile applications. We believe that our time and energy has to be dedicated to innovation rather than seeking information, and, accessible and correct information enables people to make faster and better decisions. A more informed society is a more just, dynamic society and innovative.
