Pete Ladis

Pete Ladis is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and innovation management. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at AppyHour®️ Inc., Pete has successfully led the transformation of the platform to a scalable microservices architecture and optimized product delivery processes. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at HR Logics and Earnnest, Pete managed multiple software development teams and spearheaded significant achievements, including SOC2 compliance in a short timeframe. With a strong foundation in engineering, beginning as a Software Developer in various organizations and culminating in co-founding Lilypad Solutions, Pete has consistently driven growth and performance within technology-driven enterprises. Pete holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida.
