Geert-Jan Kistemaker

Geert-Jan (GJ) Kistemaker is a highly experienced business professional currently serving as a Board Member for the Estonia-Saudi Arabia Business Council and as the Global Head of Franchise & Partner Markets at Bolt, where responsibilities include overseeing Franchise, MENA, and Rides Business Development. Kistemaker has held significant roles at various organizations, including previous positions as Global Head Rides Business Development - Partnerships & Investments and VP of Corporate Development & M&A at Bolt. Additionally, Kistemaker contributes as a Member of the Board of Advisors for AppyWay, and previously served as Vice President - Global Head Corporate Development and M&A at Delphi Technologies. Kistemaker's earlier career included pivotal roles in corporate finance and M&A advisory at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Barclays Investment Bank.
