Paolo Benedetti

Paolo Benedetti has extensive experience in the food and beverage sectors, currently serving as a Tecnico assistenza clienti and in pre-sales for the wine industry at Apra Informatica since November 2012. Paolo's work involves commercial activities, pre-sales engagements, and communication within the wine sector. Additionally, Paolo holds a PhD focused on the study and functional analysis of new management software aimed at streamlining wine production, as part of the Eureka Project. Previous roles include collaborating on the "CERSUOM" project at the University of Perugia and developing analytical methods for beer compounds at the Italian Brewing Research Centre. Early career experience as a Lab Analyst at Bunge involved quality control of sunflower products, including assays for impurities, moisture, oil content, and protein levels. Paolo earned a second degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences from Università Politecnica delle Marche between 2008 and 2011.
