Deann Porter

DeAnn Porter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. DeAnn most recently worked at Aprilaire, starting in 2019. DeAnn initially served as the Product Design Team Lead until January 2022 and then transitioned to the role of Business Systems Administrator. Prior to their time at Aprilaire, DeAnn worked at IMA Automation North America as a Mechanical Design Engineer from 2014 to 2019. DeAnn also gained experience as a Mechanical Designer at Infinite Edge Technologies from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, DeAnn's work history includes a long tenure at Roche NimbleGen Inc., where they worked as a Senior Mechanical Designer from 2001 to 2012. Prior to that, they owned and managed Lake Louie Brewing, LLC while also serving as the Office Manager from 1999 to 2012. Before their entrepreneurial venture, DeAnn worked as a Project Leader at SNE Enterprises, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. DeAnn began their career as a Mechanical Designer at Kadesign, LLC from 1998 to 1999 and as a Drafter at KLS Lubriquip from 1996 to 1998.

DeAnn Porter attended Madison Area Technical College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
