Dave Castor, CPTD, is an experienced Learning Solutions and Design Manager at aPriori Technologies, with a rich background in instructional design and training across various organizations. Previously, as a Sr. Sales Learning Manager at Flexential, and a Sr. Instructional Designer at Red Robin, Dave developed and implemented extensive training programs for diverse teams, impacting over 27,000 team members in the restaurant industry. Accomplishments include leading successful training initiatives that enhanced labor efficiency and improved training approaches through blended learning strategies. With a strong foundation in multimedia development and a consultative approach to training solutions, Dave has consistently driven business outcomes and met organizational learning needs throughout a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades. Education was obtained at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1992 to 1995.
