Dave Smith is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at APS Building Services Inc. Dave has extensive experience in the sales and marketing field, having previously worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager of North Texas at the same company. Prior to joining APS Building Services Inc, Dave held various positions at Air Performance Service, Inc., including Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Associate. Before that, Dave worked at Lennox Industries as a Territory Manager and Inside Sales representative. Dave Smith graduated from Indianola High School.

Since our founding in 1983 Air Performance Services has been in the business of building partnerships with our clients and providing turn-key commercial Building Services solutions to fit their specific needs. In 2005 Air Performance started a Houston office, which has grown from 2 employees’ to over 80 today and still continues to expand. In 2016 APS Mechanical was created under the newly formed APS Building Services Holdings Company, so that we could provide additional value to our clients by being able to offer additional services and solutions while maintaining the same quality of service. As we continue to grow we will never lose sight of what has made APS successful which is listening to our clients that have grown with us. Our value to our clients is that we continue to look at solutions that will result in overall reduction in HVAC and Plumbing related costs, by rapidly responding to our client’s specific needs, controlling repair costs, managing energy consumption, extending the useful life of major equipment, and providing a comprehensive approach to design and construction management while performing all services with the utmost integrity.
