Juan Solis is an experienced HVAC professional currently serving as an HVAC Journeyman Technician at APS Building Services Inc since February 2023. Solis has developed a strong background in HVAC, progressing through various roles at companies such as Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. and Way Companies, where a notable advancement from entry-level C Technician to High Level B Technician occurred within four years, resulting in five promotions. Prior experience includes positions at Star Service Inc. and Austin Industrial, Inc. as an HVAC Journeyman, as well as foundational roles at Way Companies and earlier work in customer service at Amegy Bank and Walgreens. Juan Solis holds an Occupational Certificate in Air Conditioning Technology from San Jacinto College and a diploma in Computer Technology from La Porte High School.

Since our founding in 1983 Air Performance Services has been in the business of building partnerships with our clients and providing turn-key commercial Building Services solutions to fit their specific needs. In 2005 Air Performance started a Houston office, which has grown from 2 employees’ to over 80 today and still continues to expand. In 2016 APS Mechanical was created under the newly formed APS Building Services Holdings Company, so that we could provide additional value to our clients by being able to offer additional services and solutions while maintaining the same quality of service. As we continue to grow we will never lose sight of what has made APS successful which is listening to our clients that have grown with us. Our value to our clients is that we continue to look at solutions that will result in overall reduction in HVAC and Plumbing related costs, by rapidly responding to our client’s specific needs, controlling repair costs, managing energy consumption, extending the useful life of major equipment, and providing a comprehensive approach to design and construction management while performing all services with the utmost integrity.
