Russell Griffin began their work experience in 1995 as an Installer at Tyler Weathermakers. Russell then worked as a Service Technician at Maddox Air Conditioning from June 1996 to October 2000. Afterwards, they joined Carrier co as a Service Technician from 2000 to 2002. Finally, they became the President of APS Building Services Inc in October 2002, where they currently hold the position.

Since our founding in 1983 Air Performance Services has been in the business of building partnerships with our clients and providing turn-key commercial Building Services solutions to fit their specific needs. In 2005 Air Performance started a Houston office, which has grown from 2 employees’ to over 80 today and still continues to expand. In 2016 APS Mechanical was created under the newly formed APS Building Services Holdings Company, so that we could provide additional value to our clients by being able to offer additional services and solutions while maintaining the same quality of service. As we continue to grow we will never lose sight of what has made APS successful which is listening to our clients that have grown with us. Our value to our clients is that we continue to look at solutions that will result in overall reduction in HVAC and Plumbing related costs, by rapidly responding to our client’s specific needs, controlling repair costs, managing energy consumption, extending the useful life of major equipment, and providing a comprehensive approach to design and construction management while performing all services with the utmost integrity.
