Lisa Möginger has had a diverse work experience in the Human Resources field. Lisa started their career at Aptar Freyung GmbH in 2015 as an HR-Generalist and later became the Human Resources Manager. In 2020, Lisa joined Aptar as the HR Governance Manager and Teamlead Training in Germany. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, People Development EMEA & Team Lead Training Freyung.
Lisa Möginger obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in BWL - Dienstleistungsmanagement from the Deggendorf Institute of Technology in 2013. Lisa later pursued a Master of Arts degree in BWL - Human Resources from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, which they completed in 2015.
