Matt Wolter

Matt Wolter has over three decades of experience in employee benefits and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Benefits & HRIS at AptarGroup, Inc. since August 1999, Matt oversees the company's employee benefits programs and HRIS. Previous roles include Manager of Employee Benefits and Systems Administration, where responsibilities encompassed managing 401(k), Pension, and Health & Welfare Plans, and serving as System Administrator for the ADP Enterprise HR/Payroll System. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Benefits Analyst at Hewitt, Business Analyst at Trustmark Insurance, Underwriting Analyst at Quill, and Customer Service Representative early in their career. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
