Shiela Vinczeller

Shiela Vinczeller serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Aptar since November 2018. Concurrently, Shiela has held multiple senior leadership roles at International Paper since November 2006, including Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Talent, as well as Vice President of Talent Management and Global Mobility, Vice President of Talent Management and Corporate HR, and Human Resources Director for the IP EMEA and Russia region and IP Industrial Packaging.
