Andre Sterk is an experienced leader in talent and learning development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Talent, Learning and Development at Aptean since March 2021, Andre has held various positions including Manager and Senior Consultant within the Global Leadership & Talent Development Team. Prior to Aptean, Andre worked as a Change & Learning Consultant at Fit for Future, where the focus was on enhancing organizational fitness through benchmarking and analysis. Andre's long tenure at Ricoh Europe from June 2003 to December 2018 encompassed roles such as Global Learning Lead and Project Manager, responsible for global learning initiatives, capability assessments, and developing training programs. Andre's expertise includes instructional design, project management, and organizational readiness.
