Himanshu Vaishnav

Himanshu Vaishnav currently serves as the Lead Product Designer at AptEdge, starting in April 2024, focusing on the future of customer support. Previously, Himanshu held the Lead Product Designer position at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from January 2020 to February 2024, and served as a Sr. Product Designer at Compucorp Ltd from December 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included building design systems for enterprise-level ERP and CRM systems and implementing systematic design in open source. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Designer at Toptal, CTO at Food Talk India overseeing product development and UX, CTO and Founder at AiroCorp, and UI Designer at KAN Solutions, focused on designing interfaces for Point of Sales systems. Himanshu's educational background includes a Master of Computer Applications from RTU and additional design-focused training from the Interaction Design Foundation in User Experience and Gamification.
