Gwen Blount has extensive experience in the HR field. Gwen started their career at The Shaw Group in 2007 as an HR Assistant, gradually moving up to roles such as HR Generalist and HRIS Assistant. In 2017, they joined APTIM as an HR Admin/Coord IV and currently holds the position of HRIS Lead.
