Phelps Anderson has extensive work experience in various financial and project management roles. Phelps currently holds the position of Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at APTIM, starting in January 2022. Prior to CB&I, they worked as a Senior Cost Analyst at The Shaw Group from January 2010 to February 2012. Phelps began their career as a Project Manager at Reedy Construction from March 2007 to July 2008. Phelps also had a role as a Graduate Assistant at Clemson University from August 2008 to December 2009.

Phelps Anderson obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting from LSU Shreveport in the academic years 2023-2024. Before that, they pursued a Master's degree in Construction Science & Management from Clemson University during 2008-2009. Phelps also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Belmont University, completed between 2000 and 2004.
