Chris is responsible for the Contracts, Security, and Intellectual Property departments at Aptima. In addition to providing expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance and proposal oversight, Chris leads Aptima’s Export Compliance Program and works closely with Aptima’s technical staff on protecting intellectual property.
Chris has more than 20 years of experience in Contract and Subcontract negotiation and administration, intellectual property agreements and proposal pricing, as well as more than 10 years of experience with Export Control Regulations and Compliance. Prior to joining Aptima, Chris was a Contracts Administrator at ALPHATECH (now BAE Systems).
He holds Bachelors of Administration degrees in Economics and Geography from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
