Dr Komal Bansal

Dr. Komal Bansal currently serves as the Head of People-Culture and Services in Change Management at Aptiv, focusing on motivating employees, enhancing workplace happiness, reducing attrition and absenteeism, and fostering leadership values. As the Founding Director of KBK-Raksha and KBK-Evolve, Dr. Bansal provides on-site training in self-defense, awareness programs, and corporate learning solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Corporate Consultant for wellness and well-being and positions in business analysis, technical writing, and health counseling.
