Maria Nally is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading a team of 8 TA Partners and specialists at Aptiv, focusing on hiring across Europe and North Africa. Previously, at Canonical, Maria served as a Talent Science Manager overseeing global hiring for Product and Commercial teams. At Meta, Maria held the role of Head of Business Talent Sourcing EMEA, managing a distributed team dedicated to recruiting for Global Operations and Corporate Functions. Maria has also contributed significantly to diversity initiatives and team leadership in various capacities within the recruitment field, starting from roles at Odgers Berndtson to GLG and Wood Mackenzie.
