Paul Harshman

Paul Harshman is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Executive Director of Finance Transformation at Aptiv since July 2021. Responsible for leading the creation and implementation of business processes and technology strategies to enhance Aptiv's Finance transformation, Paul previously held roles including Sr. Manager, Record to Report Business Lead and Sr. Manager, Global Business Services, where contributions involved developing a global ERP system and overseeing Finance SAP governance. Prior to joining Aptiv, Paul held multiple positions at Delphi, including GBS General Accounting Controller and Finance SAP CoE Leader, where responsibilities encompassed financial process development and management of a global financial team. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned between 1984 and 1986.
