Kathleen K. Lundquist is the President and CEO of APTMetrics. Kathleen has over 25 years of experience in human resources, including working as a consultant for Hewitt Associates and as the Vice President of HRStrategies. Kathleen is an expert in the construction and validation of selection systems and the management of large scale research projects.
Lundquist began their educational career by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Kathleen then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Psychometrics from Fordham University. Finally, they earned their Ph.D. in Psychometrics from Fordham University.
