Emma Smith

Emma Smith serves as a Strategic HR Business Partner at AQA since November 2019, leveraging extensive experience in business partnering gained from tenure at The Co-operative Bank plc from October 2008 to April 2019 as an HRBP, where Emma played a key role in developing people plans aligned with strategic objectives. Prior work includes a position as an HR Change Consultant at Aviva from January 1998 to July 2006, initially as a Business Area HR Consultant within Norwich Union Insurance, supporting multiple sites across the Midlands and North West. Emma holds a BA Hons in Business Management with a focus on Organisational Change/Business Partnering from Leeds Metropolitan University, completed in 1995.
