Simon Clews

Simon Clews is a seasoned Software Delivery Manager at AQA since March 2020, specializing in Agile delivery methodologies and coordinating product increment planning, along with facilitating software releases from both AQA and offshore teams. Prior to this role, Simon served as a Technical Project Manager, managing the delivery of cloud-based exam processing solutions and overseeing activities and costs across multiple cloud environments. With extensive experience at Sopra Steria from 2006 to 2019, Simon led over 40 projects for Coop Bank and Coop Group while also managing a portfolio of more than 60 projects with significant revenue. Simon’s career began at Xansa and FI Group, holding various project management and service management roles across notable companies. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, a Diploma in Management from The Manchester College, and PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Simon is a Member of the Association for Project Managers.
