Elias Way

Elias Way, MBA, currently serves as a Data Scientist & Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist at Aqua Finance, Inc., focusing on the design and support of BI solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst Consultant at Scouts Talent, where Elias led data-driven projects and created financial reporting templates, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Crenlo, where automation and process improvement initiatives were implemented. At Fish & Richardson P.C., Elias acted as the liaison between Finance and IT, and at Wells Fargo, reporting was created using SQL and SSRS. Elias holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and a legal degree (LLB) in Islamic Jurisprudence from the University of Medina, among other educational qualifications.
