Chen Navon

Chen Navon has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. They most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Aqua Security, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition & HRBP, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Aqua Security from December 2018 to May 2023. Before joining Aqua Security, Chen worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at iTalent, where they managed recruitment projects for various start-up companies. They also have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cloudinary and Cato Networks, and as a Sourcer at DoubleVerify. Chen began their career as a Recruiter in a student position at Lead, a non-profit organization focused on building leadership capacity for sustainable development.

Chen Navon holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Bar-Ilan University, which was obtained between the years 2019 and 2020. Prior to this, Chen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, which was completed between 2013 and 2016.
