Sian Ringrose

Sian Ringrose is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at AquaBioTech Group since January 2023, where responsibilities include management oversight, leadership, and the establishment of a strong company culture to enhance operational efficiencies. Previously, Sian held various roles at Edinburgh Innovations from July 2018 to December 2022, including Company Secretary, Head of IP & Commercialisation, and Business Development Executive, focusing on collaboration between academia and industry to advance research and product development. Sian's earlier experience includes serving as Research Policy Officer at the University of Stirling and roles at SRUC and SAC, emphasizing strategic planning and research coordination. Sian holds an MSc in Applied Animal Behaviour & Welfare and a BSc Honours in Biological Sciences (Zoology) from The University of Edinburgh.
