Phil Sham is a Co-Founder & CEO of Aquanow, a leading infrastructure and liquidity provider for digital assets. Phil also serves as the Chairman of AQN Digital, a Canadian investment management firm specializing in digital assets investing. Prior to these roles, Phil worked as a Principal - Quantitative Equities at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) and as a Director - Equity Markets at CIBC. Phil also has experience as a Senior Analyst - Fixed Income Division at Lehman Brothers, an Analyst - Institutional Equity at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, and a Software Developer at IBM.

Phil Sham has a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from Cornell University. Phil also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen's University. Phil completed their secondary education at Diocesan Boys' School.
