Airika Corley, MBA, is an experienced HR Data Analyst and People Analytics professional currently working at the Aquarium of the Pacific since July 2023, where in-depth analysis of HR data is conducted to identify trends and improve processes. Previously, Airika served as a Senior Recruiter at Amgen from June 2021 to March 2023, successfully revamping recruitment strategies that led to a 92% hire success rate. Airika's career also includes a tenure as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Kelly Services from February 2011 to June 2021, focusing on recruitment project representation and onboarding procedures. Airika holds a PhD in Executive Management from the Drucker School of Management and an MBA in Business Analytics, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from California State University, Los Angeles.
Aquarium of the Pacific
The Aquarium of the Pacific, a non-profit institution, celebrates our planet’s largest and most diverse body of water: the Pacific Ocean. Home to more than 11,000 animals, the Aquarium explores the waters of Southern California and Baja, the Northern Pacific, and the Tropical Pacific. The Aquarium features hands-on discovery labs staffed by knowledgeable volunteers; the Lorikeet Forest aviary; its interactive Shark Lagoon; and the kiosk exhibit Whales: Voices in the Sea. The Ocean on the Edge gallery explores the ocean issues that are most pressing. A world of discovery awaits people of all ages, backgrounds, and interests. The Aquarium is open daily from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and is located at 100 Aquarium Way in Long Beach, California. General admission is $29.95 for adults (12+), $26.95 for seniors (60+), $17.95 for children (3-11), and free for children under 3 and Aquarium members.
