Guilherme Ribas is a founding partner and project manager at Instituto Aquila, where involvement includes implementing management practices across various sectors since September 2011. Key areas of expertise include business diagnosis, strategic planning, commercial and operational excellence, zero-based budgeting, cost management, project management, supply chain management, process management, financial management, and training for managers and sales teams. Prior to Instituto Aquila, Guilherme worked as a consultant at FALCONI Consultores de Resultado from July 2010 to September 2011 and as a technical assistant at Tucumann Engenharia from July 2006 to July 2010. Guilherme holds an MBA in Financial Management, Auditing, and Controllership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2016-2018) and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná (2003-2009).
