Jason Aleknavicius

Jason Aleknavicius is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience across various roles in the mining and metallurgy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Arafura Rare Earths Limited since May 2023, Jason previously held similar positions at Fortescue Metals Group and Novo Resources Corp, where responsibilities included leading a mechanical sorting trial project and serving as a Radiation Safety Officer. Early career experience includes roles at Gekko Systems as both a Process Engineer and Graduate Process Engineer, along with positions at ALS as a Sample Preparer and Maintenance Team Member, and Hatch as a Piping Specialist on a contract basis. Jason holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University, completed between 2010 and 2014.
