Lisette Kaupmann currently serves as the Manager of Digital Innovation at ARAG since August 2023. Previously, Lisette held the position of Manager of New Business Development at PostNL, where leadership of a team of business developers focused on creating new consumer products and digital services took place from February 2022 to August 2023. From January 2019 to February 2022, Lisette worked as a Strategic Process Manager for the Municipality of Rotterdam, advising on professionalizing innovation competencies and coaching on complex issues related to energy transition. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant in Innovation and Strategy at Stedin, an Advisor at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, and various positions supporting sustainable transport initiatives. Lisette holds a degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and further education from Leiden University.
