Nacim Yala has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nacim began their career at Kimberly-Clark in 2007, focusing on product development. In 2011, they worked as an Investment Analyst at Arctaris Capital, reviewing deals in different industries. Nacim then moved to Carbon Recycling International later that year. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, specializing in performance improvement and value creation. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer at Arajet, a role they started in May 2022.
Nacim Yala holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Nacim has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at MIT Sloan School of Management.
