Jack M.

Jack M. is an experienced food service professional with a long tenure at ARAMARK Higher Education, serving as General Manager and Food Service Director since May 2018 and holding the title of Food Service Director and District Labor Champion since February 2008. In this role, Jack M. directs all aspects of food service management, including menu planning and policy development for residential dining and retail operations, while maintaining strong partnerships with university executive staff. Prior to this, Jack M. was the owner and operator of three successful full-service restaurants with Eat! from January 2007 to May 2011. Additionally, early career experience includes roles as a Realtor/Sales Manager with Perdido Realty from 1999 to 2007 and General Manager at O'Charley’s from 1993 to 1998. Jack M. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from The University of Alabama, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
