James Bell

James Bell is a communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and campaign management. Currently serving at Aramco since October 2023, James Bell's previous roles include Partner, Director, and Senior Consultant at Portland from October 2019 to September 2023. James Bell also held positions as Head of Strategic Communications and Head of Campaigns for the UK Prime Ministers Office and Cabinet Office from June 2017 to October 2019. Additional experience includes time with the British Army's Honourable Artillery Company, Senior Campaigns Manager at the Department for Communities and Local Government, and various roles in public relations and media, including at Text100, Platform PR, Ketchum, and the UK Ministry of Defence. James Bell holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Staffordshire and was educated at Hinchingbrooke School.
