Mashhour Alqahtani

Mashhour Alqahtani is currently the Head of Engineering at Aramco, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mashhour served as a Project Management Specialist at TMEIC from August 2022 to August 2023, overseeing commissioning project activities and participating in technical committees for equipment failure investigations. From December 2014 to July 2022, Mashhour held multiple positions at Aramco, including Business Manager, where business goals and strategies were established, and various engineering roles focusing on electrical power systems and process plants. Previous experience includes work as an Electrical Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, where electrical systems for metro stations were designed, and as an Electrical Design Engineer at Black & Veatch, contributing to electrical power systems design in the United States. Mashhour holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Tennessee Technological University.
