Simi Dubb is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as a Senior Executive HR Advisor at Aramco and as an Advisory Board Member for InvestmentNews, Simi Dubb has also held significant positions such as Head of Talent, Learning & DEI at Citi and Director of Colleague Experience & Inclusion at Metro Bank. Simi Dubb's career includes leadership roles at British American Tobacco, Centrica, Fidelity International, RBS Group, and BT, contributing to organizational development and employee engagement. Simi Dubb holds a Master's degree in Organisation Development from the University of Westminster and has completed undergraduate studies at York University in Ontario, Canada.
