Gabriella Federico

Gabriella Federico is a Human Resources Specialist at Aras Corporation since May 2024 and a Recruitment Specialist with the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs since March 2023. Gabriella runs a recruitment program connecting YMCAs to educational institutions and promotes job openings across various platforms. Prior experience includes an internship as a Recruitment Specialist at the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs, where Gabriella developed a recruitment strategy for member YMCAs, and a Human Resources Intern role at Bryant University, where extensive knowledge application benefitted faculty, staff, and students. Gabriella also served as an Office Assistant at Bryant University and held various leadership and counseling roles in organizations such as Delta Zeta Sorority and Belmont Hill Club. Gabriella holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bryant University and graduated from Belmont High School in 2020.
