Roberto Monge

Roberto Monge has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. Roberto began their career in 1991 as a Systems Engineer at La CentroAmericana, S.A. (Mapfre), where they championed the culture of the PC and LAN environments to move away from legacy applications, installed and configured a Novell Network, and defined and implemented programming standards for PC applications. In 1995, they moved to CREA International as an IT Manager and Consultant, where they were responsible for IT Management, business application development and implementation. From 1996 to 1999, they worked at FINCOMER, S.A. and BANCASA as an IT Manager and Vice-Manager, where they planned and implemented a new online banking system with a brand new application and an efficient 2-tier environment. From 1999 to 2000, they worked at RadView Software, Inc. as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Consultant, Support Manager, and Technical Trainer, achieving success on multiple diverse projects and exceeding the demands to learn quickly, be versatile and deliver according to their role and responsibilities. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Peoplefluent as a Senior Support Consultant, where they efficiently supported HCM SaaS Talent Management application, with special focus on the Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, Succession, and Learning. Roberto also increased customer retention rate higher than 90% and provided product updates and technical advice to clients. In 2010, they also worked at AccuRev, Inc. as a Senior Sales Engineer. Finally, since 2019, they have been working at Aravo Solutions - Integrated Risk & Resilience as an Application Engineer, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant.

Roberto Monge has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University Metropolitan College and a degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering Science; Computer Programming and Operations\tControl from Francisco Gavidia University.
