Ian Tyson

Ian Tyson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Director at Arax Properties since May 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Financial Controller. Prior to this, Ian was Group Financial Controller at a Listed Media Company, where responsibilities included management of financial accounts and preparation of IFRS financial statements. Ian’s earlier roles include Senior Corporate Accountant at Praemium, Middle Office Accountant at Man Investments, Financial Controller at Smallco Investment Manager Limited, Senior Fund Accountant at White Outsourcing, and Auditor at Deloitte Australia. Ian holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Western Sydney University and a Diploma of Chartered Accountancy from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
