Boris Shlafman

Boris Shlafman is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in real-time embedded systems and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Real-Time Embedded Engineer at Arbe since December 2021, Boris focuses on developing radar software solutions for multi-core Synopsys ARC SoCs while collaborating on radar blocks. Previously, at Altair Semiconductor from January 2015 to December 2021, Boris held roles as a Senior Embedded SW Engineer and Embedded SW Engineer, where leadership in protocol stack advancements and development of an innovative LWM2M solution was achieved. Boris began his career at VeriFone, progressing from Software Automation Engineer to Linux Embedded SW Engineer from January 2011 to January 2015, making significant contributions to embedded software across various platforms. Boris holds a B.Sc. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Holon Institute of Technology and completed an advanced software developer workshop at Pacific Software Ltd.
