Samuel Wagman

Samuel Wagman has extensive experience in program and project management within the technology sector, currently serving as the VP of Program and Infrastructure at Arbe since January 2024. Previously, Samuel held the position of Director of Program Management at Qualcomm, where responsibilities included managing and commercializing 5G, Automotive, and WiFi projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and tracking program metrics and budgets. Prior roles at Qualcomm included Staff Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, focusing on innovative communication technologies and consumer products. Samuel's career began at RADVISION and N-trig, where significant contributions included managing key products and projects before N-trig's acquisition by Microsoft. Samuel holds a BSc in Communication Systems Engineering, an MA in Philosophy, and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University and Bar-Ilan University.
