Doug Whipple

Doug Whipple has over 45 years of work experience. Doug began their career in 1973 as an Airman in the United States Air Force. In 2012, they joined The Sinclair Group as a Senior Consultant. In 2016, they moved to The Arbinger Institute as a Senior Enterprise Effectiveness Consultant. From 1989 to 2012, they worked at The Dow Chemical Company in various roles, including Organizational Excellence and Learning Director, Water Strategy Director, Emergency Operations and Planning Director, Texas Ops Site Leadership, Manufacturing Production Leader, and Energy Regulatory Affairs Manager.

Doug Whipple obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico between 1978 and 1981. Doug also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of New Mexico between 1977 and 1981. In 1981, they obtained a Certified Professional Engineer certification from the State of Texas. In 1989, they obtained a Certified Facilitator - 7-habits and Speed of Trust certification from Franklin-Covey.
