Ella Käi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and client relations across various roles. Currently serving as the Customer Impact Lead at Arbonics since February 2025 and as the Founder & CEO of EK Strat OÜ since March 2024, Ella has a proven track record in building and managing teams, establishing business strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior to these roles, Ella was the Technical Support Lead at Dealum and worked as an Independent Sales Consultant at Soldera. With earlier experience as the Baltic CEO at eAgronom, Ella oversaw significant operational activities across multiple countries. Ella's foundational career includes positions at Kreedix OÜ, where roles spanned from Account Manager to Paralegal. Ella holds a Level 5 vocational training degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Tallinna Majanduskool and a degree from the Estonian Academy of Arts.
