Theresa Stroud

Theresa Stroud, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager at ARC Document Solutions since February 2020. With extensive experience in human resources consulting and management, including roles as a Human Resources Consultant and various consulting positions, Theresa has a strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Toolworks and Human Resources Manager at the Low Income Investment Fund, among others. Theresa's career began as a Human Resources Assistant at Beutler Corp., where Theresa managed employee recruitment and relations for a large HVAC company. Theresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from San Francisco State University School of Business.
