We are a family/veteran owned company. Although the company is young the team at ARC has more than 30 years of combined roofing and business experience. 

Brig Gen (Ret.) Michael Dornbush serves as the general manager of ARC. After serving 40 plus years in the U.S. Air Force as Director of Joint Forces, Mike brings a wide degree of experience to the business. The skills he obtained while serving in the military are very beneficial in the day to day operations of the company.

Linda Dornbush serves as the company administrator. Linda has owned and operated a home improvement and real estate investment business for the past 21 years. She is a proud member of the NWIR Organization (National Women in Roofing).

Ryan Dornbush serves as the sales manager for ARC Roofing. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the roofing/construction industry. Ryan successfully manages the sales staff and production crews.

We have additional sales representatives/team members that bring a combined total of over 30 years of experience to ARC.
