Kiran Bhatraju is the founder and CEO of Arcadia, a company that focuses on making it easy for people to go solar. Prior to Arcadia, Kiran was the co-founder and director of business development at American Efficient. In this role, Kiran helped the company grow from a startup to a national leader in the energy efficiency space.

Before American Efficient, Kiran worked as a fellow at the Truman National Security Project, where they advised elected officials and candidates on national security issues. Kiran also served as a legislative assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, working on a variety of issues including energy and environmental policy.

Kiran is a graduate of Harvard University and has a master’s degree in public policy from Duke University.

Kiran Bhatraju has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Pennsylvania and went to Pikeville High School.
