Joris Stroobach

Joris Stroobach is currently the Sales Director for the Business Area Mobility at Arcadis, responsible for overseeing activities related to Rail, Highways, Airports, and New Mobility in the Netherlands. Previously, Stroobach served as the Commercial Director for Rijkswaterstaat and regional governments, leading teams to enhance services for key clients. Prior experience includes directorship at Centrum Veilig Wonen, focusing on earthquake area reinforcement, and several roles at Arcadis ranging from Head of Advisory Groups in Project and Cost Management to Senior Project Manager. Notable contributions include organizing international symposiums in highway design and leading multidisciplinary project teams in infrastructure development. Educational qualifications include a degree in Infrastructure and Spatial Planning from Van Hall Larenstein University and a Gymnasium diploma in the sciences.
