Hector Hugo Torres Ortega

Hector Hugo Torres Ortega is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management, project deployment, and academia. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Arch Systems since January 2024, Hector drives client engagement and provides technical support. Previously, as a Technical Program Manager at Flex from November 2020 to January 2024, Hector focused on Industry 4.0 initiatives involving IIoT and AI/ML technologies. Hector has held adjunct professorships at CIATEQ and Universidad de Guadalajara, teaching advanced courses in Intelligent Multimedia Systems and electronic and photonics engineering. As a co-founder of HeTPro, Hector played a crucial role in developing technological solutions and services until the company continued independently. Hector's early career includes a position as a Signal Integrity Engineer at Intel Corporation, emphasizing high-speed PCB design compliance. Hector holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and two Master's degrees in Optoelectronics and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara.
