Ida Khodami

Ida Khodami is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Advisor and Board Observer for Selector, Arch Systems, and Graphiant since 2021, while holding the position of Partner at Two Bear Capital since 2020, focusing on impactful problem-solving. Khodami is also a Board Member at Athena, a premier women's advocacy organization for women in STEM. Previous experience includes leading Global Business Operations at Illumina, with roles ranging from Associate Director of Genomics Software to Senior Engineer in Genomics Platforms. Khodami founded the Venipuncture Site Locator and has earned advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, complemented by a Leadership and Management certification and Project Management Professional designation.
