Rena Black

Coordinator For Missionary Discipleship at Archdiocese of Baltimore

Rena Black currently serves as the Coordinator for Missionary Discipleship at the Archdiocese of Baltimore, a position held since June 2022. With extensive experience in youth and young adult ministry, Rena previously worked as the Director of Youth Ministry for the Pastorate of Christ the King & St. Bernadette and as the Coordinator of Youth Ministry at St. Bernadette Parish. Rena has also held adjunct faculty positions at Mount St. Mary's University since 2013, instructing various theology courses. Rena's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Theology from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and English from Mount St. Mary's University. Additionally, Rena has collaborated on leadership and civic education programs for high school students, demonstrating a commitment to fostering youth leadership and spiritual development.
